Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs processing, and supplier fulfillment timelines.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Some products may ship from different fulfillment partners or suppliers. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, expedited shipping may not be available for all products.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

How do I start a return?

Please email hello@moncheribags.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Are return shipping costs covered?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

What items are non-returnable?

Custom, personalized, or final sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Are your bags handmade?

Mon Cheri offers a curated collection of bags and accessories inspired by craftsmanship, travel, and timeless resort style. Select products may feature handcrafted or artisan-inspired details depending on the collection.

Will sold out items return?

Some styles may be restocked depending on availability, while others may be limited releases.

Are product colors accurate?

We do our best to display product colors accurately, but slight variations may occur depending on screen settings and lighting.


International Orders

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Can customs delay my order?

Yes. International shipments may experience customs delays that are outside our control.
