Thank you for shopping with Mon Cheri. This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, delivered, and handled for returns or refunds when you purchase from Mon Cheri
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Because many of our products are artisan handmade items, some orders may require additional preparation time before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Time Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada and United States: 7–15 business days
- International orders: 10–25 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Mon Cheri works with independent suppliers and fulfillment partners to produce and ship our products. As a result:
- Products may ship from different locations
- Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages
- Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Logistics disruptions
- Supplier production timelines
- High seasonal demand
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Mon Cheri is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or third-party logistics providers.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider.
Mon Cheri is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
We will assist in opening a carrier investigation when possible.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Mon Cheri is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees imposed by local authorities.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We want you to love your Mon Cheri purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the artisan and handmade nature of our products, custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@moncheribags.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@moncheribags.com with photos of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping where applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated once an order has been placed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
